As the year draws to a close, the Directors and team at Community Support Team (CST) would like to extend our warmest wishes to all the young people and families we have had the privilege of supporting throughout the past year.
It has been a year of growth, resilience, and meaningful progress. We are especially proud of the young people who have successfully transitioned into new schools. These transitions are no small feat, and the dedication, courage, and hard work shown by each individual has been nothing short of inspiring. They should be immensely proud of what they’ve achieved – we certainly are.
As we head into the festive period, CST will be taking a short break to rest, reflect, and reset.
We will be closed from Monday 22nd December and will return on Monday 5th January for INSET day training. Our team will be fully back and ready to support young people from Tuesday 6th January.
Thank you to all the families, partners, and professionals who continue to work alongside us – collaboration remains at the heart of everything we do. We look forward to building on this year’s momentum and supporting even more positive outcomes in the year ahead.
